Where is my order?


Tracking numbers are emailed to you from our website when your order is shipped.  If you order before 10AM Pacific Time, your order will most likely be shipped on the same day.  If you order after 10AM Pacific Time, your order will most likely ship the next business day.  If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

If you have not received a tracking number by email, you can log into your account on our website and look up your tracking number.

  1. Go to  https://www.phoenixtax.com/account
  2. Login with your email address and password.
  3. Under the My Orders section of your account page, click on your order number.
  4. The tracking number will appear at the top of the order.  If you click on the link, you can track the location of your order with the shipper.

If your order history does not show a Tracking ID, please wait 24 hours and check back again.  If there is still no tracking number, please email support@phoenixtax.com.  Include your First Name, Last Name and Order Number if possible.  Please note:  Our electronic products such as, self-tests or web guides, are not available via CD or DVD. You must access them from your account on our website.
